How to reach Nakupenda Beach

You have to hire a boat to get to the Nakupenda beach in Zanzibar.

The adventure can start from Zanzibar Port with a local motorboat riding toward Prison Island. Prison Island is called Changuu by the natives. Changuu means Giant Testudial, as it was once used as a quarantine center for people with yellow fever and as a prison for slaves.
